Service Technician
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the full line of
Lanier, Mita, Kyocera, and Toshiba copiers and printers in the
Columbia, Mo. Metro area. Utilize laptop PC to update firmware
and test systems. Responsible for inventory management, customer
relations, and the advising of customers in the upgrading of equipment.

Infrastructure Transmitter Technician
Major Responsibilities as Site Technician:
Repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities
at remote digital sites to ensure effective operation of the network.
Analyze complex equipment problems and take corrective action.
Troubleshoot using the terminal emulation program OMT. Perform
inspection of sites and make repairs as needed. Perform routine
& preventative maintenance on the Ericsson GSM RBS 2106/2206,
Lucent TDMA, and related support equipment. Respond to and resolve
site outages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responsible for testing,
trouble-shooting, and maintaining some of the T1, DS3, OC-level,
and other network-related facilities. Work closely with and guide
local vendors. Define and activate site external alarms.

and take corrective action. Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust
GSM network equipment using remote maintenance programs such as
Remote OMT, and OSS. Engineered and documented backup and Lifeline
procedures for the Ericsson IOG20M GSM BSC at the command input
level. Ensure optimum performance of all network elements. Perform
daily, weekly, and monthly diagnostics. Build complex software
loads for digital cell sites. Testing, trouble-shooting, and maintaining
some of the T1, DS3, OC-level, and other network-related facilities.

Field Service Engineer
Responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of the full
line of Canon digital black & white, and color laser photocopiers.
Possess additional knowledge in the repair of Minolta and Ricoh
photocopiers, and Canon facsimile machines. Managed a territory
covering over 5000 square miles in central Missouri including
inventory management, customer relations, and advising customers
on the upgrading of equipment.
1992-1994 Cable Plus Lenexa, KS
Service Technician/Service Manager
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and some installation
of microwave cable television systems in homes and businesses.
Maintained head-in portion of cable stations located in Branson,
Missouri and Lenexa, Kansas. Traveled to Cable Plus branch offices
throughout the midwest to train new technicians on system operations
and upgrades. Promoted to Service Manager of the Springfield,
MO branch office. Supervised a team of 4 technicians. Scheduled

1987-1992 United States Air Force Whiteman

Missile System Maintenance Specialist / Team Chief
Team Chief responsible for the supervision of team members performing
electronic and electrical repair and maintenance of 150 Minuteman
II ICBM Launch Facilities and 15 Launch Control Centers located
in a 10,000 square mile area of central Missouri. Troubleshot
and repaired primary and secondary power systems, command and
control systems, radar surveillance security systems, and underground
security systems. Performed coded data tape loading of the missile
guidance computer containing launch and target data. Served as
Quality Assurance Inspector determining the serviceability of
test equipment, equipment vital to the systems' mission, and the
quality of work performed. Served in support of Operations Desert
Shield and Desert Storm. Awarded The Air Force Training Ribbon,
Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon, Non-Commissioned Officer's
Military Education Graduation Ribbon, Air Force Good Conduct Medal,
and The National Defense Service Medal. Possessed Top Secret security
clearance.
